Due to the changes in how we're all having to work for the foreseeable future, and taking into consideration a number of financial concessions made by HMRC, I must remind you that if you are required to submit returns to HMRC and/or Companies House they must still be submitted on time, despite some time scales having been extended and penalties suspended. In essence, your return must go in on time but you may have longer in which to pay.  

In order to assist you with this I have set up a number of facilities on the website.  I will continue to develop the website as a way of making life easier for all of us.  If you think of anything you would like me to include, please let me know and I will do my best to implement it.

Meetings

I've put a link on the website that enables you to connect to my Skype account. Therefore, the meetings that cannot be carried out face to face can be carried out online over Skype.  Please click on the link if you need to discuss anything or need to share any files.

Document Approval

I have added a section to the website which can be accessed by selecting 'Client Portal'.  I know some of you already have log-on credentials and will have used the system to digitally authorise accounts and Tax Returns.  However, for those of you who have not used the online system, if I need you to agree any documents during this period of isolation, I will send you an email asking you to create an account.  I will talk you through this process if necessary, just let me know.

The system is also very useful under normal circumstance and I have been using it for some time for clients who live too far away to easily visit.

Documents can be shared either way through a secure connection and stored online so you can access them twenty four hours a day which could be useful for business banking appointments or mortgage applications.
